The core philosophy of Byucksan Way is built on Byucksan’s core values. Core values are the fundamental beliefs that shape and represent our culture. They express what the company and its people value most, and serve as the standard for employee behavior and decision-making.

Behavior Standards of Byucksan Way

“Behavior standards” are the ways of acting that serve as a standard for pursuing Byucksan’s core values—“Right, Different, Together.” They provide concrete indicators that guide employees’ attitudes and actions, strengthening the execution of our core values. Byucksan’s behavior standards are divided by role into common behavior standards and leader behavior standards. Common standards are practices all employees should follow regardless of position, while leader standards are practices expected of Byucksan leaders.
