Behavior Standards of Byucksan Way

“Behavior standards” are the ways of acting that serve as a standard for pursuing Byucksan’s core values—“Right, Different, Together.” They provide concrete indicators that guide employees’ attitudes and actions, strengthening the execution of our core values. Byucksan’s behavior standards are divided by role into common behavior standards and leader behavior standards. Common standards are practices all employees should follow regardless of position, while leader standards are practices expected of Byucksan leaders.
